Sessions take place across the island depending on your location and preferences: beaches (Playa de Palma, Cala Major, Illetas), parks (Bellver Castle, Sa Feixina), mountain trails (Serra de Tramuntana, Sóller, Valldemossa), coastal promenades (Paseo Marítimo, Port d'Andratx) and private outdoor spaces at your villa or hotel.

All weather, all seasons

Summer sessions shift to early morning (7-9am) or late evening to avoid peak heat. In winter, midday training is ideal with temperatures around 15-18°C. Rain days are rare, but when they happen, we can move indoors or reschedule with full flexibility.

Can I train outdoors in Mallorca in summer without overheating?+
Yes — sessions shift to early morning (7-9am) or late evening during the hottest months. Shaded locations like pine forests and north-facing parks also help keep temperatures manageable.
What equipment do you bring to outdoor sessions?+
Typically resistance bands, kettlebells, a suspension trainer (TRX) and a mat. The natural environment itself provides plenty of training stimulus — sand, hills, benches, stairs.
Is outdoor training as effective as gym training?+
For most goals — yes. Varied terrain, natural instability and the combination of strength and movement patterns often deliver broader fitness benefits than a gym-only approach. For heavy lifting goals, indoor sessions can be incorporated.
What happens if it rains?+
Rain is rare in Mallorca, but when it happens we can move to a covered outdoor space, train indoors at your property, or reschedule with full flexibility.
